ProFAQ
How long will my PC take to arrive?
Our creator builds with preset RAM, storage and GPU options are built and delivered in 2–4 working days. If you build your own in the Configurator, with full control over every part, allow 7–10 working days.
Which PC is right for my work?
Start with the pill for what you do. Each range is built around the apps that work uses. If you're unsure, open the Configurator from any of them, or tell us what you use and we'll recommend a build.
Is my PC tested before it ships?
Yes. Every GeekaPC is hand built in the UK and benchmarked before dispatch, so it arrives tested and ready to go.
What warranty do I get?
Every GeekaPC comes with our 1 year collect and return warranty. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Finance is available at checkout, and we also accept PayPal and Dopple.
Can I upgrade parts later?
Yes, all of our GeekaPCs are built to be fully upgradeable and we will happily provide a quote for upgrades, including collecting your PC from a UK address. Plus, if upgrades are completed by yourself to a suitable standard, they won't void your system warranty either.
