Frequently Asked Questions
Our next day PCs are collected Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery the day after.
Next Day Delivery covers UK mainland only. We do not offer it to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man. Deliveries to these locations may take an additional day.
The Next Day PCs ship with a fixed spec so we can guarantee delivery the next working day. Each one is also available as a fully customisable build with a longer lead time — open any Next Day product page to see the customisable counterpart. Customisable PCs are usually dispatched within 4 working days, and delivered one day after dispatch
Our courier (DPD) will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next working day. You will receive a 1 hour delivery timeslot on the morning of delivery.
Every GeekaPC ships with our standard 1 year collect and return warranty. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Occasionally, due to issues outside of our control, next day systems may be delayed due to factors such as adverse weather conditions, industrial disputes or collection issues. In these instances we cannot take responsibility for a delay. On the rare occasion an issue on our side leads to a delay, we will be in touch and look to compensate you accordingly.
In order to offer next day PCs for sale, we are required to fully build and test a number of systems so that they are ready for immediate dispatch. Sometimes, Next Day PCs sell quicker than we can replenish them. Rest assured, if the PC you are after is out of stock, it will be back as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can order the non Next Day version of the system, and delivery will take place in 2-4 working days.
