What do the condition grades mean?
Like new: no visible marks. Very good: light marks you'd only notice up close. Good: visible cosmetic wear, priced to match. Every mark we find is listed in the condition notes and shown in the close-ups.
Are the photos of the PC I'll receive?
Yes. Every photo on an Outlet PC's page is of that exact machine, not a stock image.
Can I change or upgrade any parts?
No. Components in Outlet PCs are fixed and can't be changed. If you'd like to choose your own parts, build one in our configurator instead.
Has it been tested?
Yes. Every Outlet PC is inspected and cleaned, stress tested under load (processor, graphics and memory) and given a fresh, activated install of Windows 11 before it ships.
What warranty does it come with?
The same 1-year collect and return warranty and priority support as our new PCs.
How quickly will it arrive?
Outlet PCs are already built and tested, so they ship like our Next Day PCs: order before 2pm on a working day for next-day delivery.
