Shipping policy

We aim to ship all of our systems as fast as possible! Some of our most popular PCs are available with Free expedited shipping, and will arrive in 2-4 business days. The remainder of our systems, including custom built configurator PCs, are delivered within 7-10 working days. 

Very occasionally, due to part delays and other factors outside of our control, we may have to delay orders. In the rare instance that this occurs, we will reach out by email and inform you of the new estimated shipping date as soon as possible.

The vast majority of our orders are shipped directly from us using DPD's tracked, next working say service. Typically this is accompanied by a 1 hour time window and stop-by-stop tracking. From here, you can also arrange a different delivery date for your parcel if required. All orders include photography proof of delivery, which is available to view from the tracking information. We occasionally also use UPS, Parcelforce and DHL whenever DPD is unavailable and for select locations (such as the Scottish Highlands).

In the rare instance that your package is damaged in shipping, please reach out immediately to info@geekapc.com, and we will endeavour to resolve as quickly as we can.
