The GeekaPC HAVN is the ultimate high-performance showcase PC for those who want to make as few compromises as possible. Equipped with an RTX 5080 or 5090, two of NVIDIA's most powerful graphics cards, and an 8-core, 16-thread AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, this build is packed to the brim with power. This system can handle pretty much anything you throw at it, which includes playing your favourite games at 4K max settings with Ray Tracing dialled up!
At the core of the HAVN PC build is AMD's Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which is one of the fastest gaming CPUs on the market, thanks to AMD's proprietary 3D V-Cache technology. This processor is one of the best options for gaming, especially at higher resolutions.
The Corsair iCUE LINK H150i LCD ensures that the Ryzen 7 9800X3D stays nice and cool. The H150i LCD is one of Corsair's gorgeous AIOs (all-in-one) 360mm liquid units and is an exceptional showpiece for any build. It features an LCD screen that can be customised to showcase GIFs, images, system stats, and more. This cooler also uses Corsair's proprietary iCUE LINK cabling, making it incredibly easy to install or add additional hardware through daisy-chaining.
The HAVN HS420 VGPU, a panoramic glass chassis featuring a single, curved piece of tempered glass with no seams, houses all of these parts. This case is designed to show off all of the parts inside, but the minds at HAVN have configured the HS420 to provide optimal airflow. Its tool-less design makes it simple to remove and install components.
For RAM, the base configuration of the HAVN build uses 32GB of high-speed Corsair Vengeance DDR5 white RAM, colour-matched to fit the aesthetics of this system. This kit clocks in at 6000MHz and has a latency of CL30, which is more than ample for gaming. Alternatively, those looking for a bit more oomph can increase the RAM capacity to 64GB, providing even stronger performance.
For storage, we've opted to use the Corsair MP700 Pro. This is one of Corsair's Gen5 NVMe SSDs, offering read and write speeds up to 10000MB/s. This drive is incredibly fast, keeping boot and load times to a minimum. In the base configuration of this build, the MP700 Pro offers a 2TB capacity, but if you need more space this can be upped to 4TB instead.
The Corsair RM850e and RM1000e provide all the wattage required for this build, depending on whether you've picked an RTX 5080 or 5090. Both of these units are more than ample for this robust build, offering an 80 Plus Gold efficiency rating and cabling that is compliant with 50-series graphics cards.
Look no further than this beast of a gaming PC build for those seeking out great performance at 4K. James shows how this PC is put together, along with pros and cons of the build, and some benchmarks. We fully recommend watching the video before trying.
*Note: GPU model shown in the video and attached photos is the Gigabyte AERO RTX 4080 SUPER. GeekaPC reserves the right to use any model of RTX 5080 or RTX 5090 that meets the white colour scheme, depending on realtime availability.
