The GeekaPC Eagle combines an RX 7900 GRE or RTX 4070 with AMD's Ryzen 5 7600 processor for awesome performance at 1080p and 1440p gaming. This build is primed for gaming in AAA titles and easier-to-run esports games such as Apex Legends, Valorant, and Fortnite.
Equipped with a firm favourite on the GeekaWhat YouTube channel, the AMD Ryzen 5 7600, this system is primed for high-framerate gaming. The Ryzen 5 7600's low power budget allows it to sustain its strong boost clock speed, making it a great performer in modern titles when paired with the right graphics card.
The Eagle build features a modest Cooler Master tower air cooler, which provides sufficient cooling for the 6-core and 12-thread chip underneath. The Hyper 212 Halo cooler is White and colour-matched for the rest of the build, keeping the theme consistent and looking sophisticated.
The MasterBox 600 case provides a good balance of hardware support, airflow, fan mounting, and a trio of included 140mm fans up front to channel airflow throughout the build. For exhaust, there is a 120mm fan at the rear and mesh ventilation at the top to allow heat to escape. The case is also equipped with a clear tempered glass side panel, allowing you to see the components inside in all of their glory.
Memory is provided by a 32GB or optional 64GB kit from Corsair. Again, this is colour-matched to the case, with white heat spreaders and a customisable RGB light bar up top. The light bar can be adjusted in Corsair's iCUE software, while the rest of the system lighting can be controlled by the Reset button on the top of the chassis.
For storage, the Eagle PC build utilises a Crucial P3 Plus, a reliable and hardy Gen4 NVme SSD. Gamers have the choice of opting for a 1TB, 2TB, or 4TB capacity.
The Corsair RM750e powers this build. This solid unit offers 750W of juice for all the components inside, while the 80 Plus Gold efficiency ensures minimal power is lost as additional heat or noise.

*Note: GPU model shown in the video and attached photos is the ASUS TUF RX 7900 GRE. GeekaPC reserves the right to use any model of RX 7900 GRE or RTX 4070 SUPER as selected, depending on realtime availability.
CPU (Processor): AMD Ryzen 5 7600 The AMD Ryzen 5 7600 is a fantastic CPU when it comes to gaming at 1080p and 1440p. The reason we did not opt for the newer Ryzen 5 9600X instead is due to the limited performance upside.
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Halo White The Cooler Master Hyper 212 range is renowned for keeping thermals down while offering a great aesthetic. The Halo further enhances this with its white heatsink and vibrant RGB lighting.
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX With solid connectivity, onboard WiFi, and AMD EXPO RAM profile support, the Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX remains a firm favourite in our builds.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 White RGB Corsair's range of RAM DIMMs provides a great option for builds powered by a TeamRed CPU. They offer better compatibility, reliability, and gorgeous RGB lighting.
SSD: Crucial P3 Plus The Crucial P3 Plus is a firm favourite on the GeekaWhat YouTube channel due to its reliability, fast Gen4 NVMe speeds and various capacities available.
GPU (Option 1): AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE The RX 7900 GRE is a reliable graphics card for 1440p gaming. It has 16GB of video memory, which is excellent for modern titles.
GPU (Option 2): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER NVIDIA's RTX 4070 SUPER is an excellent graphics card for 1440p gaming. It offers solid framerates across many titles, which can be further bolstered in DLSS-supported games.
Case: Cooler Master MB600 White Cooler Master's MasterBox 600 is a reliable and sturdy case with solid build quality. It has four RGB fans as standard, and the white chassis pairs nicely with the other parts in this build.
PSU: Corsair RM750(e) For this build, 750W of power is more than enough juice for the component selection. The Corsair RM750(e) is an efficient, low-noise unit handling this system's power consumption.
Operating System: Windows 11 All of our systems come preinstalled with an activated copy of Windows 11 set to the 'Out of Box Experience'. This allows you to set the PC back up to your liking.
